HOW TO CONFIRM YOUR PSN ACCOUNT REGION

The country in which your account on PlayStation™Network and PlayStation™Store was created is the same. You can sign in to your account on PlayStation™Network and check the country.

  1. In the Account section, select Basic Account Information. 
  2. See the address and country entered in the Residential Address section.

HOW TO REDEEM A PSN WALLET / MEMBERSHIP VIA YOUR PC

  1. Go to PlayStation Store and click on your SIGN IN Avatar at the top right side of the screen.
  2. Sign In to manage your PSN Account.
  3. Select Redeem Codes from the drop-down menu.
  4. Carefully enter the code and select Redeem.
  5. The credit or content is now applied to your account.

HOW TO REDEEM A PSN WALLET / MEMBERSHIP VIA YOUR PS5

  1. Go to Settings > Users and Accounts.
  2. Select Account > Payment and Subscriptions > Redeem Codes.
  3. Enter the code and select Redeem.

You can also redeem a voucher code during checkout by selecting Redeem Codes and Gift Cards from the payment method menu.

  1. Go to PlayStation Store > scroll to the bottom of the sidebar > Redeem Codes. 
  2. Carefully enter the code and select Redeem.
  3. The credit or content is now applied to your account.

HOW TO TROUBLE SHOOT SPECIFIC PROBLEM WITH YOUR DIGITAL CODE

  1. Every PSN voucher code contains twelve digits. Any code with a different number of digits will not be accepted by PlayStation Store.
  2. It is not possible to transfer funds or content between accounts, so make sure to redeem your code on the correct account.
  3. Ensure that the code is still valid. Some codes have an expiry date listed on the voucher.
  4. You can only use a voucher code once. To check the transaction history of your account, go Account Management online or on your device. If already used, the voucher code will appear in the transaction details section.
  5. If the code says “already redeemed” please check the transaction history of each account associated with your PlayStation systems — top ups will show as ‘Wallet Funding’.
  6. Some voucher codes require activation at the time of purchase. Please check the voucher — it will state ‘no value until activated at register’ on the front and back. If this type of voucher is not working, please Contact Us so as to activate it.
  7. The region for each code is printed on the voucher. Unfortunately, voucher codes can only be redeemed in the same PlayStation Store region — it is not possible to change the region of an account (the region was selected when the account was set up).
